Services for Jerry Green will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 21, 2014 
at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Matinburg 
Cemetery in Camp County, Texas. Visitation with the family will be 
between 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home. 

Memorials may be made to Matinburg Baptist Church or Alzheimers 
Association.
 
He was born September 28, 1941 and passed away on July 18, 2014.
 
He is survived by his sons: Rafe & Tammy Green - Pittsburg, Texas ; 
Jason & Kaci Green- Daingerfield, Texas ; Jim Green- Pittsburg, Texas; 
grandchildren: McKenzie Green, Gracie Green, Trent Green, Emily Green ; 
great grandchild: Mia Kate Crayton
 
Preceded in death by parents: Clarence Aubrey and Mable Thelma Hackler 
Green and wife Carolyn Green.
