(1) Ordered by the court that this county be laid off in Commissioners beats beginning at N Tarvers Running a Northern Direction to the Bennett Trail Crossing Cottonwood creek
Thence due north to the county Line
Thence westward to the northwest corner of said County
Thence Southeastward so as to in Clude James Dunn and William Burlison
Thence to caney where Hokils Spring Branch Runs into caney
Thence up caney to the Springfield Road
Then with said Road to the Place of beginning
And the Place of Holding Election is Wm. B. Nettle and Shal be called Precinct No 1

Thence to Black’s mill
Thence to old man Powel on the Trinity

Thence with the North boundry Line to Beat or Precinct No 1
And the Place of Holding Election shall be at the Town of Troy And called Precinct No 2

Beginning at the Bridge on Caney Running south East to Keichie Thence down Keichie with its Myanders to the county Line
All of Keichie Shall be Justice Beat and Shall be called Precinct No 3
And the Place of Holding Election in Beat No 3 Shall be at S. G. Well Store
