Alpine Presbyterian Church Cemetery 4102 Tryon Road in Longview, Gregg Co., TX, and sits on the corner of Tryon Rd. and Hiett Lane.  The cemetery is not located next to the Church.   To get to the Cemetery go down Heitt Lane and take a right on Sam Page Rd.  The Cemetery will be located on the right and sits approximately in front of Dennard Street.
Boring-Leake Cemetery This cemetery was located upon a tract of land that is behind Foster Middle School, east of Boring Street on College Street at the site of the OLD Salvation Army. (The new Salvation Army is on Cotton St. but this is NOT the same location.) This cemetery was abandoned.
Camden Cemetery Located 1/4 mile south of the bluff in Camden. (Per Jeanne Collins of the Gregg County Historical Commission - A “Notice of Existence” form was filed in the Deed Records of Gregg County. Detailed directions and GPS coordinates are listed.)
Center Baptist Church Cemetery one block east of White Oak Cemetery. It is beside the Center Baptist Church.
Christian Union Cemetery off Hwy 149 close to Lakeport.
Claud Fortson Cemetery At the end of Fortson Rd, South of  I20 in the Kilgore area.
Cumberland Presbyterian Cemetery See Elmira Chapel Cemetery
Danville Cemetery
AKA Gum Springs Presbyterian
south on FM 2087.  From hwy 259 in Kilgore, go east on hwy 349 to hwy 2087.   Turn right (south) on hwy 2087 (Danville Road).  The cemetery will be on the right on the old Danville Road, which dead ends at the end of the cemetery.
Elmira Chapel Cemetery
AKA Cumberland Presbyterian and/or Spring Hill
From Longview:  Take Gilmer Rd (north) to Springhill Rd, turn right.  Just before you get to Springhill School, you will see to the left the Elmira Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church.   To the left of the church is a small road (you will turn left on to it)--------this small road winds around to the back of the church where the cemetery is located.
Fisher Cemetery in Longview on Silver Falls Road about a block off of Hwy 80 W.
Foxhill Cemetery See Parmer-Inge
George Cemetery Going north on 259 from Longview, it is on the right hand side of the highway, just past the intersection of Mackey Rd. (next to Satterwhite homes).
Glover Cemetery See Mount Sylvan
Grable Cemetery Coming out of Longview heading west on 1-20 take the 2087 exit.  Turn on to 2011 and go on 2011.  The cemetery will be on the right hand side of the road. It will be easy to spot as the gate is close to the road.

Greenwood Cemetery Take Hwy 80 to 5th St in Longview.  Turn and go behind Good Shepherd Hospital, past the parking area.  The cemetery is on the right side at 705 Magrill St.

Hunter Cemetery off of Gilmer Rd on Dundee Rd. about 2/10 of a mile or less on the left, in a stand of pine trees off the side of the road.

John Ben Shepperd Cemetery private cemetery, on private property just off of Country Club Road in Gladewater.
Jordan Valley Memorial Park Cemetery on Jordan Valley Road.  Take Harrison Road to the right off Loop 281.  Jordan Valley is the road just before you get to Lakeview Cemetery.  Turn right.  Jordan Valley is on the left behind Lakeview.
Judson Cemetery north of Longview on FM 1844.  From Longview go North on Judson Road.   Turn left onto FM 1844.  The cemetery is on the right past Rosewood Park cemetery and sits to the left of the church.
Kilgore City Cemetery Take 135 off of 1-20 to Kilgore.  When you get to the Traffic Circle at the end turn on Commerce St.  Go down 3 blocks, the cemetery will be on the right
Kilgore Baptist Church Cemetery African American - Located on Commerce Street.  Only a fence seperates Kilgore Baptist Church Cemetery and Kilgore City Cemetery.

Lewis Chapel Cemetery In Longview on Hollybrook.  From Hwy 80, go North on Judson Rd.  Turn right (east) onto Hollybrook.  The cemetery is on the right next to the Hope Fellowship church.

Moses Wood Cemetery See Wood Cemetery
(Mt) Moriah Cemetery Take Hwy. 135 from Gladewater to Kilgore.  After you cross over I-20 watch for Goforth Rd.  Turn right.  Go to the first stop sign and the cemetery will be slightly to your right and on top of the hill. **Updated - Complete reading with pictures Feb. 2009**
Mt. Pleasant Cemetery Partial -  Take Hwy 135 south off I-20 towards Kilgore......One of the first roads to the right is Mt Pleasant Rd.  Turn and go about 1/4 of a mile or less, cemetery is on the right.
Mt Sylvan Cemetery
AKA Glover
between Kilgore and Tyler. Take Hwy. 31 out of Kilgore toward Tyler. Turn right on FM 2767, beside the Country Tavern. Turn left on the first dirt road. The cemetery is enclosed by a cyclone fence.
Moseley Cemetery North of Gladewater off Texas St. on a Chevron lease.
New Providence Cemetery

New Sabine Valley Cemetery Take Hwy 42 south out of White Oak, just past the water treatment plant, turn right, the road curves around and the cemetery is on the left.
New Summerfield Cemetery just out of Longview on Tryon Road next to the United Methodist Church.
New White Oak Cemetery
AKA White Oak Cemetery (New)
From Hwy 80 go North on White Oak Rd.  Turn left on Whatley Rd. between the 2 churches.  The cemetery is on the left behind the church.  There is no sign, but you will see the cemetery.
Old Gum Springs Cemetery See Danville Cemetery
Old Phillips Community Cemetery African American - Outside Gladewater in Gregg County on the Gregg/Smith County line.  Back in the woods off Joy Wright Mt. Rd on private property.  There are no real roads, so directions are non-existant.
Old Sabine Valley Cemetery approximately 1 1/2 miles east from the intersection of Hwy 42 south and the Sabine River. The site is on the north bank of the river, located on land that belongs to the heirs of Mimi Castleberry. Access is through privately owned land and is in a remote area of river bottom
Old Stewart Cemetery See Rosedale Cemetery
Old Summerfield Cemetery just out of Longview on Tryon Road close to the United Methodist Church.
Old White Oak Cemetery
AKA White Oak
From Longview take Hwy 80 to White Oak. The big 4 way stop light is White Oak Rd. Turn right, and go down to Bingham Rd. Turn right and you will dead end at the cemetery.
Parmer-Inge Cemetery West side of the 1300 block of Ray St., just N. of Sabine St. in Longview (Per Jeanne Collins of the Gregg County Historical Commission - A “Notice of Existence” form was filed in the Deed Records of Gregg County. Detailed directions and GPS coordinates are listed.)
Peatown Cemetery On hwy 2011. From Kilgore, take hwy 349 east to hwy 2011. Turn right (south) on 2011. The cemetery is directly behind the Peatown Christian Church
Perry-Clay Cemetery In Longview.  Take Mobberly Street out of town (will turn into Estes Parkway) Cross over the over pass. Off to the right you will see a fast food restaurant, KFC & Taco Bell, and the cemetery is right next to it on the right hand side of the road.
Pine Tree School Cemetery 3 graves marked with native rocks at the construction site of the new Pine Tree School on 1845 South.  Reported to be Lawrence family graves. (Per Jeanne Collins of the Gregg County Historical Commission - A “Notice of Existence” form was filed in the Deed Records of Gregg County. Detailed directions and GPS coordinates are listed.)
Pleasant Hill Cemetery at the corner of 2751 and 449 behind the Pleasant Hill CME Church.  If you are going north on 259 from Longview, you turn right on 449 and go to 2751.
Post Oak Cemetery See Post Oak Baptist Chruch Cemetery

AKA Post Oak
African American - on Hwy. 42, close to I-20, between White Oak and Kilgore. This is a black cemetery & church with the cemetery directly behind the church.
Post Oak Union Cemetery
AKA Union Post Oak
From Longview, take 149 south.  You will go to Lakeport. Just before exiting the city limits of Lakeport you will see the cemetery off to the left. It is locked, not sure if there is a contact listed on the gate.
Prothro Cemetery not easily accessible: take Hwy 149 south from Longview; go 9.1 miles south of the I-20 south access road to Pegues Rd. (about 150 yds. before Jones Supply); turn left/northeast down Peques Rd.; go 0.3 miles to the top of the hill; there is a locked gate on the left and a small sign with the cemetery name; in a pasture 0.2 miles down a dirt road, the cemetery is on the right. Rock Springs Cemetery From Gladewater, take Hwy 271 to 135, turn left, at Country Club Rd, turn right, at Old 135 turn left. The cemetery is approximately 1 mile on the left.
Rosedale Cemetery
AKA Old Stewart
on the east side of Gladewater at the northeast corner of Highway 80 and Loop 485 junction.
Rosewood Park Cemetery north of Longview on FM 1844.  From Longview go North on Judson Road.   Turn left onto FM 1844.  The cemetery is on the right.

Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery From White Oak, take the White Oak Rd, cross over the 4 way stop at White Oak Rd./George Ritchie Rd. At the 2nd road to right, turn right and go to the end of the road. The cemetery is on the left.  Corner Burials.
Smith Family Cemetery on private property east of Hwy. 42 on FM 1252.
Sparkman-Redick Cemetery There are no directions since this cemetery no longer exists, but we managed to put together a listing from different documents. Historical Marker & a map to the Historical Marker.
Spring Hill Cemetery See Elmira Chapel Cemetery
Staple Grove Colored Cemetery Unknown - Kilgore area. If you know about this cemetery, please contact Gregg County Coordinator.
Strong Memorial Cemetery From Gladewater, go toward Kilgore on 135 to Peavine Road (it's about four miles from Kilgore and probably not marked.) Turn east, past Hardy St. and the next road is an old oiled road. Turn left on it. It runs to Strong Cemetery which has a small divided sign on the double gate.

Teague Family Cemetery

Temple Emanu-El

New & separate cemetery designation, split from Memory Park, accepted by the State of Texas, as of July 2016. From the east side Longview, at the intersection of US Highway 80 (locally known as Marshall Avenue) and US Highway 259 (or Eastman Road), travel eastward 1.4 miles to the intersection of US 80 and Delia Drive. The Memory Park Cemetery lies on the northeast corner of the intersection. US 80 forms the southern boundary of the Memory Park Cemetery and Delia Drive forms the western boundary. Travel north on Delia Drive to the second entrance and enter the Cemetery. The Temple Emanu-El Cemetery lies immediately to the right (on the south of the cemetery roadway). Delia Drive forms the western boundary of the Temple Emanu-El Cemetery; cemetery roadways make up the north and west boundaries of the Temple Emanu-El Cemetery. The south boundary is marked by a row of planted shrubbery.  (Non-Jewish gravesites lie south of the shrubbery.)

Utzman Cemetery Take 349 from Kilgore toward the Gregg County Airport. Turn right onto 2276. Watch for Utzman Rd. and turn right. Go about 2/10 of a mile and the cemetery will be on your right.
Walnut Grove Cemetery close to the Elderville Community Center and is located on private property.
White Cemetery From Longview: Take Hwy 80 west to Loop 281 turn right go to the first light, and turn left on Pine Tree Rd. Take a right on Reel Rd, go 1 block to Buccanneer, the cemetery will be on the right about a block up on Buccanneer by the water tower.

Willow Springs Cemetery
AKA Greggton and/or Wilkerson or Wilks
take 1845 south to Cherokee (you have to make the turn and go across Harrison Rd), take Cherokee all the way to the end and it Y's and you go to the left, about 1/2 mile down there is a road to the right with a pipe gate--(this is private property)----the cemetery is about an 1/8 of a mile down this road.
Wilson Cemetery in the Pleasant Green Community, off Hwy 149.  At Interstate-20 and Estes Parkway (Hwy 149) go south until you cross the Sabine River.  Pass the Sonic Drive Inn and turn right onto Jet Dr., then a right on Rocket.  Follow  Rocket until you see a green cattle gate, go through the gate and down a dirt road to the cemetery.
Winterfield Cemetery on Tryon Rd. in Longview across the street from the Winterfield United Methodist Church.
Wood Cemetery
AKA Moses Wood
From Gladewater take Hwy 271 South, to 135, turn right on Country Club Rd. The cemetery is about 1 mile on the right.
Wyche Cemetery
AKA Greenville
From Kilgore, take hwy 349 going East towards Lakeport.......go to hwy 322 turn left. At hwy 349 turn right by the lodge hall and it will be the first dirt road on your right.

Please remember some Gregg county residents were buried in surrounding counties
due to their proximity to that cemetery or simply their preference.
