Bruce, Oliver R - S 2/c Oliver R Bruce, son of Mrs Mamie Bruce and husband of Mrs Sue Bruce; attended Breckenridge, Texas HS. Entered Seabees 1942; trained at Norfolk, Va. Has served in the New Hebrides and other islands. Now on duty at Port Hueneme, Calif.
Bruce, Paul H - Pfc Paul H Bruce, son of Mrs Mamie Bruce; attended Gladewater HS and A&M College. Entered Army 1941. Trained at Ft Knox, Ky. and Camp Polk, La. Has served in the Philippines. Taken prisoner at the Fall of Bataan and liberated in August 1945.
