Graveside services for Charles Archer, 71, of Longview, will be 9 a.m. today, 
November 12, 2007, at White Cemetery, with the Rev. Jerry Turner officiating. 
Arrangements are by Welch Funeral Home. Mr. Archer died November 4, 2007, at 
his residence.

Born December 20, 1935, in King, Ga., he was a former resident of Victoria and 
left no known family.
