Britton, Oddie

KILGORE - Services for Oddie Britton, of Kilgore, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, 
July 21, 2007, at Post Baptist Church, with Pastor Larry Washington officiating. 
Burial will follow in Post Oak Cemetery. Arrangements are by Cunningham Funeral 
Home. Mr. Britton died July 15, 2007, at a local medical center.

Born September 25, 1921, in Rusk County, he was a U.S. Army veteran, retired from 
the U.S. Postal Service and Kilgore Junior College and attended Post Oak Baptist 
Church. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Britton; and daughter, Patsy Britton 
Mortley. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2007, at the funeral 
home.
