Charter Jr., Harold William WEBSTER - Harold William Charter Jr. passed away September 28, 2007. Harold is survived by his wife, Sherry; son, Aaron Charter; daughter, Amber Charter; father, Harold Charter Sr.; mother, Edith Charter; sisters, Cindy Irby and husband, Tim, and Lisa King and husband, Jim; mother-in-law, Mary Childress Potts; father-in-law, Arthur "Bud" Potts; sisters-in-law, Mary Sue Cole, and Denise Burks and husband, Keith; nieces and nephews, Amie Cole Buckland, Jarrod Buckland, Penni Cole, Lane Burks, Brandy Irby, Brandon Irby and wife, Judith, and Shannon Irby; and great-nephew, Trinity Irby. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home Chapel of Diana, with Darren Tidwell officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park of Longview. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Building Fund, Clear Creek Community Church, 999 N. FM 270, League City, TX 77573; or an additional memorial fund at Wells Fargo South Shore Harbor Branch, 2905 S. Shore Blvd., League City, TX 77573.
