Few, William C. "Bill" Funeral services for William C. "Bill" Few, 77, of Longview, will be 10 a.m. Monday, April 24, 2006, in the chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview, with the Rev. Jeff Lancaster officiating. Masonic graveside rites will be in Rosewood Park. He passed away Friday, April 21, in a Longview hospital. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Few was born October 15, 1928, in Dallas County, Texas, to William Kirkland Few and Cora Bell Neely Few. He was a retired printer with Axelson in Longview. Bill enjoyed gardening and fishing, and was considered the neighborhood "handyman." He was a charter member of the Pine Tree Masonic Lodge No. 1396, where he was a lifetime member and a recipient of his 50-year pin. He was also a former member and past Worshipful Master of the Winona Lodge. He was a U.S. Army sergeant in the 432nd Engineering Construction Battalion during the Korean Conflict. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 48 years, Agnes Few of Longview; sons and daughter-in-law, Bill and Ruth Ann Few of Lake Jackson, Texas, and Mike Few of Longview; and daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Jeff Lancaster of Cartwright, Okla.
