Graveside services for Penny FrugeĢ, 56, of Longview, are scheduled 
for 4 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, 2006, at Rosewood Park Cemetery, with 
the Rev. Tom Roberson officiating. Mrs. FrugeĢ passed away on Sunday, 
November 5, 2006, at her residence. Mrs. FrugeĢ was born September 15, 
1950, in Longview, to B.J. and Mary Gayle Hall Reagan. She was a member 
of Oakland Heights Baptist Church and a teacher for 22 years with the 
Longview Independent School District. Surviving Mrs. FrugeĢ are her 
husband, James Kenneth FrugeĢ of Longview; daughters and son-in-law, 
Jennifer Kathleen and David Shankle of Waco, and Jacqueline Leanne 
Fruge of Longview; grandson, Hunter James Shankle of Waco; parents, B.J. 
and Mary Gayle Reagan of Longview; and brother and sister-in-law, Michael 
and Patsy Reagan of Boulder, Colorado. Memorial contributions may be made
