Humphrey, Mark Lee

Services to celebrate the life of Mark Lee Humphrey will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 
30, 2006, at Rosewood Park Cemetery in Longview. Mark left this life Tuesday, September 26, 
2006, at his home in Longview. Mark was born December 1, 1957, in Beaumont, Texas. He is 
remembered for his love of sports, music, quest for fun and adventure, and his great 
entertainment style. He was a former graphic artist. He was preceded in death by his best 
friend, Mike Davis; brother, Michael Humphrey; father, H.G. Humphrey Jr.; and grandparents, 
H.G. Humphrey Sr., Stella Humphrey, and Marie E. Snyder of Beaumont. He is survived by his 
mother, Audrey S. Humphrey of Longview; sisters, Carolyn Kirbow and Karleen Golias of Beaumont, 
Stella Metcalf and Kathleen Payton of Longview, and Julie Humphrey of Carrolton; uncle, Harvey 
Snyder of Tacoma; nephews, Bill, Chris, and Patrick Beggs, Wade Watson, Alan Morales, and Worth 
Payton; nieces, Jessica Richards, Adrianne Golias, McKenna Metcalf, and Audrey Anne Payton; and
