McCuller, Rachel Ann On November 28, 2006, Rachel McCuller, of White Oak, Texas, left this physical world for a better place filled with peace and happiness. Rachel will be fondly remembered as a person full of love, laughter, and a joy for life. Those who knew her will always cherish her warm hugs, contagious laugh, and her silly sayings. Rachel had a way of entertaining all of those around her. She will be greatly missed. Rachel attended White Oak schools and then graduated from Pine Tree High School in 1976. She attended Michael's Beauty School and earned her manicurist license. Later, she worked at Westinghouse and Brown & Root. Rachel is survived by her parents, L.G. and Lupe McCuller of White Oak; son, Joshua Ross McCuller of White Oak; brother, Larry Gene McCuller of Gladewater; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and John Claude Axberg of Kilgore; niece, Michele Walker and spouse, Samuel of Hallsville; and great-nephew, Elijah Walker of Hallsville. Rachel leaves behind numerous cousins and friends to treasure her memory. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, November 30, 2006, at the Welch Funeral Home Chapel, 4619 Judson Road, with cousin, Dr. Robert Galvan, officiating. Burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday evening, November 29, 2006, at the funeral home.
