Richardson, Mary Cox

Services for Mary Cox Richardson, 84, of Hallsville, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 
18, 2007, at Winterfield United Methodist Church with the Rev. Rita Sims officiating. 
Burial will follow in Winterfield Cemetery. Ms. Richardson passed away Saturday morning 
at a local hospital. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6-8 p.m.

Mary was born August 14, 1923, in Marshall, Texas, to Charles Cox and Viola Learned Cox. 
She married Lonnie Richardson on November 11, 1938. She was a member of Winterfield 
United Methodist Church, Moose Lodge and Winterfield Crafters. She worked at Medical 
Center in Tyler and Markham Hospital in Longview. She was loved by all who knew her and 
will be missed greatly.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Richardson; parents; infant grandson; 
one son-in-law; six sisters; six brothers; four brothers-in-law; and four sisters-in-law.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Joyce Richardson of Kilgore; 
daughter, Ann Grisham of Center; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Lonnie Casey of 
Natchitoches, Louisiana; seven grandchildren; and nine great- grandchildren.

The family request that memorials be made in Ms. Richardson's honor to Winterfield United 
Methodist Church, 2616 Tryon Road, Longview, TX 75605.
