MARSHALL -- Services for Connie G. Stowe, 75, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, 
April 26, 2006, at Rosewood Park Mausoleum Chapel in Longview, Texas, with 
the Rev. Becky Henson officiating, under the direction of Sullivan-Heaster 
Funeral Home in Marshall, Texas. Mrs. Stowe was born August 17, 1930, in 
Missouri, to John and Bertie Gilliland. She was married to V.H. "Jim" 
Stowe on June 11, 1947, in Karnack, Texas. Mrs. Stowe was a homemaker, 
member of Greggton United Methodist Church in Longview, and a member of 
the Senior Friends. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and 
great-grandchildren. She loved her family very much. She was preceded in 
death by her parents; her husband on September 17, 2004; and one sister, 
Van Wood. Mrs. Stowe is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and 
Chuck Barker of Longview, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Lanita 
Stowe of Grandbury, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Gayla and Larry Stokes 
of Longview, Texas; five grandchildren, Stephanie and Jeff Ramert of Round 
Rock, Texas, Shawn and Donya Stowe of Longview, Texas, Trent and Kelli 
Stowe of Midlothian, Texas, Crystal Stokes of Longview, Texas, and Shane 
and Janiece Stokes of Longview, Texas; 10 great-grandchildren, Jon, Nolan, 
Ian, Colby, Brandon, Jonas, Daniel, Mia, Claire, and Chloe; and two sisters, 
Syble Lutes of Marblehill, Missouri, and Goldie Moore of St. Peters, Missouri. 
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday evening, April 25, 2006, at the funeral 
home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heart'sWay Hospice, 1306 
Pine Tree Rd., Longview, TX 75604; or the Greggton United Methodist Church, 
1101 Pine Tree Rd., Longview, TX.
