Mobberly Ave. in Longview. Chief Apostle Cornell Hamilton, of From Bondage to Freedom of Shreveport, La., will be officiating. Interment will follow in Perry Clay Cemetery. Born April 11, 1982, in Tarrant County, he was minister of music at New Life Outreach Church. Survivors include his devoted and beloved wife, Kenya Coby Thompson; son, Donovan Brooks; father, Oscar Menefee Jr.; mother, Shirley Thompson Anderson; stepfather, Forrest Anderson; sisters, Frances Meader of Longview, Sheila Dobbins of Bryan and Tiffani Thomas of Austin; maternal grandmother, Dr. Mattie Thompson, Pastor; best friend and special cousin, Joshua Thompson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Aletha Coby; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth and Alaster Wilson, and Shenita "Fay-Fay" and Vincent McCoy; and brothers-in-law, Frank and Tonya Coby Jr., Paul Coby, Phillip Coby and Andrew Coby, all of Longview.
