BLEDSOE, BAILEY FARMER Born 1854 in Carrollton, GA. Moved to Gregg
county,Texas in 1871, at the age of 16.. Father's name was WILLIAM
H. BLEDSOE, born 1830 in Carroll county, GA. William H. died in
1861, but we don't know where he died or why he died at the age
of 31. We also don't know the name of BAILEY F. BLEDSOE's mother,
or whether BAILEY had any brothers or sisters. Any information on
either BAILEY F. or WILLIAM H. would be helpful, such as: Birth
records, death records, marriage records, or land records.

Am looking for information on William Knox Smith, born 1883. Also,
looking for Lola Myrtle Smith, born about 1889. They were married
and were my grandparents. I have ancestral information on Knox,
but nothing for Lola. They had four children. Mable Lois, Ralph
Conrad, William Dean and Edna LaVerne. Believe all were born in
and around Longview. Edna was born in Riley Springs. Any information
will be appreciated. Also, am looking for my father whose name
was Joe Bernard Harris, born 1908 or 1907 in this area, I believe.

I am curretntly researching the surnames Austin and Johnson. Is
there anyone recognize N.T. Johnson born 12-10-1910, date of death
12-4-1968. He married Rosie L. Johnson, whose parent's name were
Louis Austin and Bennie (Tyeaskie) Austin, of Gregg.

My gggrandmother was Frances Adell BROWN, b.10/11/1843, Lauderdale
Co.,MS. On 4/12/1866 she married James Robert Louis Booth at the
home of her father, Hiram M. Brown in Omega, Gregg Co., TX. If
you are resarching either of these lines, please let me know.

I am looking for information about Andrew Jackson Orr or his father.
A.J. was in Gregg county in 1880 and his children Molly, James,
and Charley were living in Longview with his Father in law ?.
Renfrow. He had land at Bozeman's Corners which was divided between
his children after his death. I am looking for information about
him or his father.

I am looking for information on my great grandparents. His Name
was Edward D. HOPKINS and according to my grandfather's birth
certificate he was 26 years old in 1903. He was a farmer, and
at the time of my grandfather's birth, was living in Kilgore,
Texas. My grandmother's name was Bessie HOPKINS, and her maiden
name was MILLARD. Their son, my grandfather, was Odis Edward HOPKINS,
and was born 22 December 1903. Any information on Edward or Bessie
or there parents, grandparents or other children would be greatly

I am looking for information on my great grandparents, WILLIAM
H BUSSEY(H is probably Hezekiah), b. 1853 and his wife MOLLIE
OLIVER RICHARDSON BUSSEY. Mollie died and William married BETTIE
LA GRONE. They were the parents of LILLIAN FAY BUSSEY GRIFFIN,b.
1895 of Upshur County and Abilene, Tx. William H and Mollie are
buried in Forest Hill Cemetery in Longview. I would love to know
who both of their parents were. According to my family's Bible,
William's parents were HEZEKIAH HENRY BUSSEY, B. 1818 in Ga. and
died in Meriweather Co., Ga. and his wife MARY ISADORA DAVIS,
but the census records and other info. says his wife was EMELINE
WILHITE. If you have info. on this family, please contact me and
we'll share info!
