Mrs. Addie L. Arey Celebrates 93rd Birthday On Sunday

Mrs. Addie L. Arey was honored with a family reunion on Sunday in observance of her 93rd birthday.
The children and grandchildren feted her with a dinner at the City Park with many relatives and friends present to wish her much happiness on this special day.
Mrs. Addie L. Kimberling Arey was born on June 1, 1860, in Lee County, Virginia, and came to Texas on November 7, 1896. She has lived in the Concord and Greenville communities since that time.
Her husband, G. E. Arey, died on March 28, 1943, and two children preceded her in death, Mrs. C. W. Mullins and E. F. Arey.
Mrs. Arey is now making her home with her daughter, Mrs. H. L. Coats, 2111 Wellington Street, this city.
Children present for this happy occasion were J. M. Arey of Abilene, Mr. and Mrs. O. S. Arey of Floyd, Mr. and Mrs. Milford Arey of Mesquite, Mr. and Mrs. E. Z. Causey of Greenville, Mr. and Mrs. O. M. Hartley, and Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Coats, Greenville.
Grandchildren were Mr. and Mrs. Lee. M. Gardner and Barbara Gardner and Delores Gardner, Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Causey and Brenda Causey and Linda Causey, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Abbott and Cynthia Joy Abbott, Jo Ann Coats, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Arey and Bobby Arey and Lesta Lee Arey, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Arey of Celeste, Mr. and Mrs. Jaunell Ward and Gary Ward and Billy Ward, C. W. Mullins and Ray Mullins, Mr. and Mrs. G. E. Arey, Mr. and Mrs. Willie D. Morris and Douglas Morris, Judy Morris, and Betty Morris, Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Ellis and Genia Ellis, Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Reneau and Ronnie Reneau.
