Celeste - An Election in Incorporate
 

The pretty little town of Celeste now aspires to become an incorporated city. County Judge Ragsdale has issued an order for an election to take place there to determine whether or not they will incorporate and assume the responsibility of wrestling with such problems as the town cow, the rickety sidewalk, juicy waterworks, and the inconstant and will-o-the wisp, electric light.
