Miss Maurine Bethel of Greenville, a former Emory girl, was married to Mr. Hubert Davis of Greenville, Thursday, April 27th. The marriage took place at Kaufman and was kept a secret until a few days ago.

The bride is a niece to Mrs. T.P. Ross of this city and has many friends here who will join in wishing her and companion long and happy lives.
