Titles Own Film

Bill Boyd, Dallas cowboy singer of radio fame who has lately become a western movie star, has just completed his latest film for Producers Releasing Corporation, according to a letter received from his sister, Mrs. Janie Hamilton. It will be titled after Boyd's own song, "Rolling Down the Great Divide," written in collaboration with another Dallas man, Leon Payne. Bill sings the song in the film. Another Boyd composition, written with Dick Reynolds of Celeste, Texas, is "My Birmingham Rose," and will probably be the title of a forthcoming Boyd film.
