Alice Holloway

Miss Alice Holloway, well-known Greenville woman, died at 11:35 AM, on Wednesday, October 25, 1933, at her home at 3912 Roberts Street, following a brief illness.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 26, 1933, at White Rock, conducted by the Rev. Harrison Baker of Dallas. Interment followed at Webb Hill. The funeral party left the Greenville residence on South Roberts at 1:00 PM for the White Rock services.

Pallbearers were W. R. McKinney, John Thomas, Joe Carpenter, Roy Green, Max DeFee, and Ellington Bush.

Miss Holloway resided a number of years in White Rock and for the past several years in Greenville. She was well-known and admired in Greenville. She was a fine Christian woman and a faithful servant of the Master's will.

She is survived by four brothers, G. D. Holloway, H. E. Holloway, T. G. Holloway, all of White Rock; J. F. Holloway of Greenville; and three sisters, Ora Holloway of Greenville, Mrs. Ella Peters of Celeste, and Mrs. J. P. King of White Rock.
