James Paul Baise
James Paul Baise, 85, of Greenville died Saturday, February 2, 2008, at his residence. Graveside services, under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home, are at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 5, 2008, at Memoryland Memorial Park. The Rev. James Hilton will officiate.
Mr. Baise was born October 14, 1922, in Celeste; the son of William H. Baise and Carrie C. Prather Baise. He was married Peggy Shanks on August 12, 1950, in Greenville.
He was a veteran with the 21st US Army Air Force Corps and a truck driver.
Surviving are his wife, Peggy Baise, of Greenville; son, Philip Baise of Greenville; and daughters, Paula Baise of Greenville and Paige Justus of Lone Oak.
He was preceded in death by parents; brothers, Merle Baise, Ed Baise and Woodrow Baise; sister, Mae Waits; and half-brother, C.A. Shields.
Visitation is from 1:00 to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at the funeral home.
