Joseph Robert Lee Bishop
Joseph Robert Lee Bishop, RR 2, Celeste, Texas, died February 9, 1961, at home. He had lived on his place for eighty years. A farmer and a blacksmith, he was the son of W. P. Bishop and Nancy Jones Bishop. Mr. Bishop was born on January 11, 1876, in South Carolina. His wife, Abbie Bishop, was the informant. Causes of death: medullar paralysis, toxemia, and carcinoma of the neck. Gray-Sorrells was in charge of burial on February 10, 1961, at Celeste Cemetery, Celeste, Texas.
