Brian “B.K.” Craig, 46, was called upon his creator to serve as His eternal angel in heaven. He died May 7, 2006, at Presbyterian Hospital of Greenville. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Marvin Mosley and Rev. Dave Davis officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be cousins John O’Pry and Bill O’Pry, Chris Abbott, Greg Abbott, Stan Abbott and Jason Abbott. Alternate pallbearer will be cousin Larry Nalls. Mr. Craig was born Dec. 11, 1959, in Greenville to Billy Gene and Dorothy Abbott Craig. He was married Jan. 23, 1994, to Sherry A. Hassell in Lone Oak and was a drafter for Doug Connaly & Associates. He was a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Sherry A. Craig of Greenville; his parents, Billy Gene and Dorothy Craig of Greenville; his son and fiancee, Brandon Russell and Heather Doyle of Wolfe City; a daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Brad Phillips of Wolfe City; granddaughters Amberlie and Cheyanne Lake of Wolfe City; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Deborah Craig and their daughter, Kassi, of Greenville; a nephew and his wife, Jeremy and Melanie Dutton of Royse City; many cousins and other family members. He is preceded in death by his son, Kyle Robertson.
