Funeral services for Charles Layton Giles, 58, of Greenville, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, under the direction of Coker-Mathews Funeral Home at Johnson St. Church of Christ. Burial will be in Memoryland Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Brian Giles, Jeff Giles, Jon Giles, Tanner Curry, Keith TOlleson, John Paul Willabay, and Aaron RIvers. Mr. Giles died Saturday, June 17, at his residence. He was born in Greenville on December 8, 1947, to Lloyd and Quida Rice Giles. On December 11, 1976, he married Vickie Tolleson. He served in the Army, was a supervisor at L-3 Communications, and was retired from the Texas Workforce Commission. He was a member of Johnson St. Church of Christ and received BS and MS degrees from ETSU. He is survived by his wife, Vickie GIles of Greenville; daughters Eydie Giles of McKinney and Emma and son-in-law Jon Price of Arlington; brothers Lloyd Earnest Giles of Emory and Bobby Giles of Canton. He was preceded in death by his parents.
