COMMERCE — Dr. Edward Pius Fox, 84, of Commerce passed away Saturday in a Dallas hospital. Graveside services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper with Father George officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of the Delta Funeral Home.
Dr. Fox was born Dec. 16, 1923, in Pennsylvania. He married Anna Schuyler in 1953. Dr. Fox was a professor at Texas A&M University-Commerce for 25 years. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army Air Corp during World War II.
Survivors are his wife Ann Fox of Commerce; four sons Brian Fox of Campbell, Bruce Fox of Coppell, Bennett Fox of Garland and Mark Fox of Campbell; a daughter Karen Ross of Pecan Gap; and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and two sisters.
There is no visitation scheduled.
