George W. Griffin
George W. Griffin, Celeste, Texas, died February 28, 1936, at the age of seventy-five years, eight months, and seventeen days. He was single. A farmer, he was born in Corinth, Mississippi. His father was William E. Griffin from Monroe, North Carolina. His mother was Elizabeth Parker, also, from Monroe, North Carolina. W. M. Griffin, RR 2, Greenville, Texas, was the informant. Mr. Welch was buried at Tidwell Cemetery on February 29, 1936, with G. D. Henslee in charge. Dr. E. Williams was the attending physician.
