Guendolyn Elizabeth Clack, 85, of Greenville, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006 at the Harrison House. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006 at Coker-Mathews Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Martha Murchison officiating. Burial will be in Forest Park Cemetery. Mrs. Clack was born in Greenville on June 1, 1921 to Luther and Oda Gray. Upon the death of her mother, she was adopted by her aunt and uncle, Charlie and Ada Tomlin. She married Marion L. Fowler on Jan. 3, 1953 in Dallas. He preceded her in death on July 29, 1985. She married Gordon H. Clack on Jan. 30, 1988 in Greenville. He preceded her in death on April 22, 2000. She was the office manager at Warren's Insurance Agency for over 40 years. She was a lifelong member of Grace Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Debbie Fowler of Houston; grandson, Matt Fowler of Houston; granddaughter, Shannon Fowler of Spokane, WA; four step-daughters and one step-son.

Mrs. Clack was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 1 sister and 3 brothers.

Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 20, 2006 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Charles Adams, Smith Gilley, Jerald Hicks, Richard McManus, Mickey Pierson and Jack Ramm.

The family requests any memorials to be made to the American Cancer Society.
