Ivera Lemisy Brown, 89, of Greenville died Feb. 8, 2007. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church with Rev. John Richardson officiating. Burial will be in East Mount Cemetery.
Born July 10, 1919, in Greenville, she was the daughter of Jennie Limisy. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors are a son, Gene Johnson (Verline) of Greenville, and nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Her parents; her husband, Forest Brown; one son and three brothers preceded her in death.
Visitation is from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Cozine & Tarver Funeral Home.
