COMMERCE — James Benton Hunt, 63, of Irving died March 6, 2007. A graveside service is scheduled at noon Friday at Rosemound Cemetery in Commerce with Rev. Johnnie Henderson officiating.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home.
The son of Everette E. and Dorothy F. Gant Hunt, he was born May 28, 1943, in Klondike.
Mr. Hunt was a retired warehouse supervisor for Progressive Lab. He loved and enjoyed his beautiful sons, one daughter-in-law and his four grandchildren.
Survivors are his parents of Commerce; two sons, Charles Hunt of Lewisville and James Hunt and wife Linda of Irving; four grandchildren, Jessica Hunt, Taylor Hunt, Chloe Hunt and James Austin Hunt, all of Irving; and a sister, Barbara Speight and husband Robert of Commerce.
Pallbearers are David Knowles, Billy Lindamood, Chris Cobb, Samuel Baldwin, Robbie Speight and Robert Speight. James Austin Hunt will be honorary pallbearer.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Lung Association.
