BEAUMONT — Funeral services for Jennie McDonald Hart of Greenville, formerly of Vidor, are at 10 a.m. Friday at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Hooks Cemetery in Hardin County. Mr. John Davis of Ridgewood Church of Christ will officiate.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, 1155 North 11th Street, in Beaumont.
Mrs. Hart was born Oct. 17, 1921, in Warren and died March 20, 2007, in Greenville. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Mrs. Hart was preceded in death by her husband, Merrill E. Hart, whom she married in 1940.
She is survived by her children, Marvin Merrill Hart, Derrell Lynn Hart, Brenda Kay Gangaware and Mary Patricia Pate; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Willis of Kountze; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Her grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
