Houston Parrish Jones
Houston Parrish Jones, 64, died July 5, 1975 at his home on US Highway 69 North, Leonard, Texas. He had been a resident there for twelve years. Born on February 26, 1911, in Texas, to Sam Houston Jones, Jr., and Cynthia Ann Parrish, he was a veteran of WWII and an owner-operator of a garage and automobile parts house. His wife, Hazel Jones, was the informant. He died of myocardial infarction resulting from a four-year coronary heart disease. Dr. James W. Davis attended. Burial was made on July 7, 1975, at Leonard Cemetery, Leonard, Texas.
