Kenneth Chaney
Kenneth Chaney, 46, of 4408 First Street, Greenville, died on Saturday, May 18, 1974, in a Dallas hospital. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Monday, May 20, 1974, in the Park Street Baptist Church. Burial will be in Celeste Cemetery with Coker-Mathews-Peters Funeral Home handling the arrangements.
Born on September 1, 1927, in Celeste, he was the son of Marian Chaney and Lestie Pittman Chaney. Mr. Chaney was a member of the Park Street Baptist Church and a member of the 1946 CHS class.
Surviving are two brothers, Malcolm Chaney of Seaside Heights, New Jersey, and Bobby Chaney of Colorado City; a sister, Mrs. Billy Waddle of Greenville; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a sisters.
