Albert Roach
Albert (Ab) Roach, 90, of Leonard passed away on July 14, 1983, at Gilbert Nursing Home. Graveside services were held on Friday at the at the Leonard Cemetery with Charles Wrenn and L. R. Fullerton officiating. He was born on September 12, 1892, at Knoxville, Tennessee, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Roach and he was married to Virginia Smith Roach. He was a member of the Leonard Church of Christ. Survivors are his wife of Leonard; one son, Ferrell Morton of Greenville; one daughter, Bertelle Steele of McKinney; one sister, Ida Culifer of Blue Ridge; and three grandchildren. Taylor Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
