COMMERCE — Tiffeny Sue Hightower, 17, of Wolfe City, died May 12, 2006, in Sherman. Funeral services are at 11 a.m. Thursday at Jones-Walker & Son Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Troy Miles officiating. Burial is at Rosemound Cemetery. The daughter of Richard and Donna Harvey Hightower, she was born March 31, 1989, in Sherman. She enjoyed collecting frogs, was in the choir and participated in track in school. Surviving are her father and stepmother, Richard and Falicia Hightower of Wolfe City; her mother of Sherman; a son, Tristyn Miller; five brothers, David Meeks of Sherman, James Hightower of Bonham, Justin Hightower of Wolfe City, Kyle Isham of Wolfe City and Garrick Polyard of Wolfe City; grandparents Belvy Nelson of Whitesboro, Oleta Smith of Sherman, Margaret Combs of Commerce and Joe Combs of Campbell; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, one nephew; one niece and numerous friends. A grandfather preceded her in death. Pallbearers are James Hightower, David Meeks, Justin Hightower, Justin Isham and Garrick Polyard. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
