Troth Mary Virginia Harris and Edd E. Morriss, Jr., Is Revealed

Announcement has been made by Mr. and Mrs. T. A. Harris of 2918 Texas Street, to tell of the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Mary Virginia Harris, to Edd E. Morriss, Jr., of Bonham. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Morriss, Sr., also, of Bonham.

The sanctuary of the Lee Street Methodist Church will be the setting for the exchange of vows on the evening of July 11, 1953, at 7:30 o'clock. Dr. W. Harrison Baker will direct the nuptial recitations.

Miss Harris was graduated from Celeste High School in 1949 and from Texas State College for Women where she received her MS degree in vocational home economics education. During the past year, the bride-elect has taught homecoming in the Caddo Mills High School.

Mr. Morriss received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in general business from North Texas State College, Denton. He is presently associated with a wholesale firm in Dallas.
