Miss Fannie Harrell Rites Held Sunday

Funeral services for Miss Fannie L. Harrell, who passed away at 9:10 p.m. Friday at the Smith Nursing Home were held at the Owens Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. L.A. Johnson, Dallas and the Rev. Bill Milan officiating. Burial was in Mount Carmel Cemetery with Owens Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers were Boyd Bower, Fred Cozby, R.T. Luttrell, Roy Payne, and Curtis Haywood.

Miss Harrell came to Texas when 15 years old and has resided in and near Wolfe City since that time. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include two brothers, R.N. Harrell, Wolfe City, and W.T. Harrell, Dallas and several nieces and nephews. Out of town friends and relatives who attended the funeral of Miss Fannie Harrell were: Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Jared, Campbell, Mr. Thel Hill, Mrs. Ann Hatten, Mr. and Mrs. Joe McClennan, all of Commerce, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Denney, Greenville; Mr. and Mrs. P.K. Harrell, San Antonio, Tex., Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Harrell, Celeste; Mr. and Mrs. Norris Harrell, Collinsville; Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Harrell and family, Gilmer; Mr. and Mrs. Warren Wilson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Pat Dedmon and children, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Fullenwider and family, Rev. and Mrs. L.A. Johnson, Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Smith, Mrs. Eva Lewis, Mrs. Ora Stephenson, Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Harrell, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Harrell, all of Dallas; Mr. and Mrs. Joe S. Harrell and children of Saint Louis, Mo.; R.N. Harrell, Wolfe City and W.T. Harrell, Dallas and several nieces and nephews.
