My ancestors are buried in the Lawrence City Cemetery:

John A. McConnell
15 Feb 1839--27 Apr 1911

Delilah C. McConnell
9 Dec 1849--15 Jan 1917

Infant McConnell
21 Nov 1889--16 Feb 1891

The source of this cemetery was my visitation to it and photographs taken.
Although his headstone is not marked with it...this Great Grandfather served
as a Private with Company E, 7th Indiana Infantry during the Civil War.
Date of Enlistment 25 Aug 1861
Date of Discharge 20 Sept 1864
Disability Remarks: Deafness and Piles

Isaac Thomas Whiteside b. 11 Aug. 1842; d. 6 June, 1910
Susan Olivia Knox Whiteside b. 25 Dec. 1850; d. 8 Apr. 1927
Minnie Pearl Whiteside b. 29 Jan. 1890; d. 26 Dec. 1894

Minnie Pearl died from burns she received on Christmas Day 1894.  She was one of 10 children of Isaac & Susan.

My husband is a G nephew of Susan.

Would love to have info on the other Whiteside children & families.  They came from McMinn Co. TN to Texas in 1885.

  My great-grandparents and their young son are buried at Lawrence Cemetery.
Their last name - OWENS - is one of the names spelled on the wrought iron fence surrounding the cemetery.
