HISTORY:Conveyed to D. W. Sheppard and Frankie E. Sheppard by Paul Weber and wife, Hulda Weber; deed dated Apr. 24, 1944. Sold to Lewis and Betty Birdsong by the estate of Frankie E. Sheppard, 1975. It was in turn sold to Diana and Leslie Steubing in 1982, then in 1996 to Andrea Woods.
