DESCRIPTION: Early 20th century commercial with central reverse-bay, double door and flanking display windows, pressed tin coursed stone pattern covers exterior; additional entrance on the north side (Oak Park Street); drive-thru canopy at front for filling station; stepped parapet front.

HISTORY: There have been many different stores and business in this building over the years. First was the Coryell store. Later there was a bar/cafe run by Mrs. Mamie Voges Bergmann Hill; in the 1950's Pete and Lupe Sotello had a restaurant serving Tex- Mex cuisine; Irvin Kutzer once had a filling station, hence the canopy and pump aisle in front of the building; An antique store occupied the building in 1984. At the present time the building is occupied by the fast food restaurant SUBWAY.(2011)
