HISTORY: Records show that this property was purchased from Charles Schulze by the American Women's League of Boerne Texas, Elizabeth S. Herff, Trustee in 1910. Then in 1913 the National Trustees of the Founder's Chapter of the American women's League of the State of Missouri sold to Elizabeth S. Herff. Ms. Herff in turn sold to Ed. A. Ebensberger but not until 1929. This was known for many years as the home of Ed and Ella (Ammann) Ebensberger. Mr. Ebensberger was the proprietor of Ebensberger Funeral Home which he took over from his father, Charles Oscar Ebensberger, in 1907. After the deaths of Ed and Ella the house was sold to Mr. Hauck and again to Mrs. Estalla Tuna. It has been kept in excellent condition to the present time.
The Tuna estate sold the property to George Stumberg III. At the present time the house belongs to Brian and Cindy Fowler
