HISTORY: This house was built around 1930 for Henry and Ella Fabra. Henry took over the meat market business from his father, Julius. He and Ella ran the business for the next 40 years. After selling the thriving grocery business they lived in the house until Henry passed away. It was then sold to Joseph Arrieta who remodelled the house for his optometry office.
