HISTORY: Records indicate this lot was purchased by Max and Laura Belle Theis from their friends A.B. and Lucie Vogt in 1941. They must have built their home here soon afterwards as they were living here still in 1952 and much later. Some time after Max died, Laura Belle sold the house and moved into Town and Country Manor. The current owner is not known at this time.
