HISTORY: The house was moved from Comal County in April 1980 by Dr. Bob Potter. The house placed on the back portion of the lot behind the George Ebensberger House. Entrance from E. Frederick Street. He remodelled and called it "A Special Place" - a setting for an ice cream parlor. It has been used for various commercial businesses since then.
