HISTORY: According to deed the property on which this house sits belonged to Otto Schweppe. His children, Ottilie Emilie and Harry Schweppe were the only heirs. Ottilie Emilie and husband, L.E. Jungmichel, sold their interest in the property to Harry and Emilie Schweppe in 1961. They probably built the house which they occupied the remainder of their lives.
