Pauline Bell Roach
from the May 19, 2006 issue of the Terrell County News-Leader, page 2:Odessa - Funeral services were this month here for Pauline Bell Roach, 83, a longtime Sanderson resident who died April 30, 2006, at Medical Center Hospital.
She was born February 25, 1923, to Sam and Edith Bell at Comstock and was raised in Sanderson. Her parents were long-time Terrell County ranchers and are both buried in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
She married J. E. Roach, who preceded her in death in 1997. She worked as a payroll clerk in the oil and gas industry.
Survivors are her son, Mike Roach, of Odessa, a sister, Ruby Jean and Sonny White of Readville, Virginia, sister-in-law Marilyn Bell of San Angelo, two grandchildren and four nieces and nephews.
