from the March 24, 2006 issue of the Terrell County News-Leader, page 2:Alpine - Christy Dumkin and Mike Sanchez will be married at the First Baptist Church here on Friday, March 31. A cocktail reception will follow at Alpine Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Joseph and Linda Lumkin and is a graduate of McCallum High School in Austin.
The groom is the son of Mike and Karen Sanchez of Sanderson. He is a graduate of Sanderson High School and a recent graduate of the US Border Patrol Academy.
After a honeymoon cruise to Cozumel, the couple will live in El Paso where he is employed by the US Border Patrol.
