Delfina M. Vianes
From the March 31, 2006 issue of the Terrell County News-Leader, page 2:Monahans - Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today, March 31, 2006, here for Delfina Maldonado Vianes, 84, a Sanderson native who died Monday at Hospice House in Odessa. Burial will be at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
Delfina was born in Sanderson on December 24, 1921, to the late Jose and Gregoria Maldonado. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.
Surviving are one son, Roland Vianes of Odessa; two daughters, Sylvia Baggett of Odessa and Rhonda Sotelo of Monahans; five brothers, Lorenzo Maldonado, Manuel Maldonado, Sr., Augustine Maldonado and Jose Maldonado, Jr., all of Sanderson, and Valentin Maldonado of Monahans; one sister, Marianna Esquivel of Odessa, 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
