GILMER Funeral services for Danny Wayne Overstreet, better known as Bubba to all his friends and family, 52, of Gilmer, will be Saturday September 19, 2015, 10 a.m., at McWhorter Funeral Home in Gilmer with Larry W. Osborne officiating. Interment will follow in Kelsey. The family will receive friends Friday September 18, from 6-8 p.m., at McWhorter Funeral Home.

Bubba was born on April 23, 1963 to Norman Elvis and Opal Faye (Johnson) Overstreet. He passed away on the morning of September 15, 2015 in Pittsburg.
He was a lifelong Ford salesman and a valued employee of Stanley Ford in Gilmer, Texas at the time of his death.

He leaves behind his daughter, Cheyenne Overstreet of Gilmer; step sons, Keven, Deven, and Justin Harris; son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Jennifer; and granddaughter, Trinity Deishler. He also leaves behind siblings, Teresa Attaway of Gilmer, Lesia and her husband, Thomas, Matulis of Pittsburg, Robert and wife, Christine Overstreet, and Johnny Overstreet all of Gilmer.
