Veasy, Fred H.

GILMER - Services for Fred H. Veasy, 68, of Ore City, will be at 2 p.m. 
Saturday, July 1, 2007, at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church, with 
Pastor Mary Tennison officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove 
Cemetery. Arrangements are by Turner Bros. Mortuary. Mr. Veasy died June 
28, 2007, at his residence.

Born November 21, 1938, in Ore City, he was retired from Lone Star Steel 
and a Methodist. Survivors include his wife, Vernell Walker Veasy; sons, 
Ricky Veasy and Bruce Veasy; daughters, Patrice Royal and Yolanda McNeal; 
and sister, Pauline Skinner. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the 
funeral home.
