This is the wedding picture of my great grandparents,
Thomas Jefferson “Tom” Simmons II and Mamie Mae Hardin Simmons, of Tell and Childress. 1916.
Tom owned general stores in Tell, Gasoline and O’Dell. He was 47, she was his third wife at 18 years of age.
